Summary

Performance Criteria are the standard measurement tool used to assess performance. In PayGlobal, Performance Criteria are used with Elements, which, in turn, are grouped together to create Competencies.

Using Performance Criteria

Performance Criteria identify gaps between desired levels of competency and the actual level the employee is performing. Employees can use the criteria as an indication of the expected standards of competency.
