This section contains the codes that you must use for the ACCPP Claims data file. These codes were current at the time of publishing, but clients are responsible for maintaining them.
These codes are available from ACC (http://www.acc.co.nz/) and Statistics New Zealand (http://www.stats.govt.nz/)
Note: PayGlobal cannot provide READ, ICD9 or ICD10 codes. If you want to validate diagnosis codes, then you must contact ACC or the New Zealand Medical Council to get access to these codes.
To use these codes, you need to add them to your database. You must correct or delete any of your existing codes that are not specified by the ACC. If you use codes that were not specified by the ACC, then the ACC will reject your ACCPP Claims data file.
Add the ACC codes to your database using one of the following options:
Note: PayGlobal does not have a table for the Diagnosis codes (READ, ICD9 or ICD 10). If you want to get these codes and use validation, then use PayGlobal's External Validation command in the Administration folder.
The following codes are already set up in PayGlobal.
