Use this tab page to set up the criteria for an Overall Score.
PayGlobal evaluates specific award rules against the employee's effective award or contract. Employees who have a score between the Cut off from and Cut off to values are included as suggestions in Allocation View.
You can specify a Weighting value for each criterion, which is multiplied by the individual scores that are set to 'Yes'. This value is added to the Overall Score field, in Employee Competencies, for each suggested employee. The Overall Score value is used to determine which suggested employee will be automatically rostered (if requested) when the suggestion list is built.
