The View | Drill Down View menu allows you to change what PayGlobal displays in the Drill Down area.
Actuals View
Displays the actual employee work times.
Availability
Displays when employees are scheduled to work. PayGlobal looks at the employee's Availability Group on the Employees | T&A/Rostering | Rostering | Availability tab.
Crossover
Displays employee roster or actuals depending on when the employee's roster times change to Actuals.
Roster
Displays the employee's default roster. PayGlobal looks at the employee's Roster Period and Tour Code.
Clock
Displays employee's clock times.
Fixed Resource
Displays any fixed resources assigned to the employee.
Timeband
Displays employee timebands.
Transaction
Displays allowance transactions that are generated when you process actuals.
