Add Toolbar Buttons

The previous topic showed how to add the Edit toolbar to Transaction View, and then remove the Refresh button. This topic shows how to use the Customize option to add the Insert Shift and the Insert Transaction buttons to the floating Edit toolbar.

1. Click the down arrow on the floating Edit toolbar.
2. Click Add or Remove Buttons.
3. Click Customize.

   

   The Customize form appears.

   

   Note: If the Customize form covers the Edit toolbar, drag the form to one side.

4. Click the Commands tab.
5. In the Categories list, click Insert.

   A list of Insert commands appears in the Commands list.

6. Drag-and-drop Insert Shift into the Edit toolbar.
7. Drag-and-drop Insert Transaction into the Edit toolbar.

   You have added the Insert Shift and Insert Transaction buttons to the Edit toolbar.

   

8. In the Customize form, click Close.
9. Drag-and-drop the customised Edit toolbar into the toolbar area.
